Hi, I'm Molly!
"Whoever you are and whatever you're coming for, I hope you can find some refuge within my little corner of the world."

These have their own roles, emotions, protective strategies within them and together we can work to understand these parts in a safe non-judgmental environment.
About Me.
Introduction.
Alot of my training and work has been around working within the LGBTQ+ Community in Exeter. I have graduated from Worcester University with a foundation degree in Integrative Counselling and I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapists.
My therapy specialises in working with depression, my role is not to find you a solution but to help you feel heard and understood. I work with parts work, this means we will view you as being made up of different parts.
I know how hurtful it can be to have everyone around you telling you to be okay or that it'll all be fine. In my practice it's okay not to be okay, you don't have to pretend with me, and I will sit alongside you with whatever you’re going through.

Working as an integrative Counsellor means I'm trained in many different ways. My approach is holistic, taking into account the body and the mind.
Through our work together we may draw on all your parts of self to understand what roles they may be playing in your life.
I'll move at your pace in a non-judgmental, empathetic space. I believe every client is beautifully and uniquely different and so we can find a way that will work for you.
I offer a choice of short term and long-term 1-2-1 work with adults online or in person in Exeter.
